HDPhotoHub Interface
We’re excited to share that we’re building a new HDPhotoHub interface that is faster, easier to use, and fully mobile-friendly.
Rather than a single “flip-the-switch” launch, we’ll be rolling out new pages gradually throughout the year. Beta members will get access to these new pages as they’re released, so you can start benefiting right away and help guide what we build next.

What's New in Beta
The NEW Calendar
We’ve launched the new HDPhotoHub Calendar, starting with the Daily View.
The calendar has been optimized to better show your team’s appointments, drive times, and availability. We’ve made it easier to spot overlapping appointments, and you can click any appointment to open the Order Drawer and edit orders right from the calendar.
We’ll be adding more features soon, like drag-and-drop appointments and weekly and monthly views, as we keep improving the calendar.
Order Tags
Many business owners wanted a better way to organize and label shoots, so we’re introducing Order Tags in this release.
With Order Tags you can:

Organize your shoots however you like

Assign colors to tags/orders for quick visual identification

Apply tags directly from the Order Drawer
-
Manage your tags in a new Tag Management drawer, where you can add, edit, or deactivate tags
We plan to add tags to more parts of the platform in future updates.
Titus Pay-at-Close is Available Now
We’re happy to announce that Titus Pay-at-Close is now available in HDPhotoHub.
With this feature, agents can place orders without paying up front, and you still get paid right away.
Pay-at-Close makes ordering easier and often leads to bigger orders and higher average order values. (Titus is not available in ND, RI, SD, VT, or internationally. Sorry Canada!)
New Automated Email Template
We’ve added a new automated email to your HDPhotoHub account. The 'Marketing Kit Upsell' email helps drive more upgrades to the marketing kit, giving you more passive income opportunities. It’s sent 30 days after a Basic Delivery to encourage agents to upgrade and start a second round of marketing for their listing.
To activate the Marketing Kit Upsell email for your business, visit Business > Default Settings, and navigate to the Automated Communications section. If you still need to set your upgrade price, this help topic has everything you need.

We’ve also made some changes based on feedback from our beta users, such as:

We now show the property address in the Order Drawer so it's clear which order you clicked on

Order Management Enhancements
We’ve expanded the filtering and display controls to give you more precision when managing your orders. New in this release:

Filter by specific products and tasks so you can instantly spot high-priority work and zero in on the details that matter most to your team.

Sort orders by group so you can manage office-specific orders efficiently, keeping everything organized and easy to track.

Control what fields are displayed in the results so you can focus only on what matters to you, cutting out distractions and saving time.

These additions bring the Order Management page much closer to being a true operational hub, giving you clearer visibility and better control over your workload.

What's New in Beta
Order Management Page (V1)
We’re introducing the first version of the new Order Management page—a central hub for brands to view, organize, and manage their orders more effectively.
The goal of this page is simple:
Give you clearer visibility into your orders and make day-to-day operations easier to manage.
Order Views
You can now create and manage Saved Order Views.
A view is a collection of filters that lets you slice your orders exactly as you need. For example, you might create views for:

Undelivered orders with an appointment yesterday
-
Orders assigned to a specific team member
-
Unscheduled orders that need an appointment
You can create as many views as you’d like and use them to quickly switch between different operational needs. No two media businesses are exactly alike, and Order Views let every HDPhotoHub user easily view the data that matters most to them.
Order Filters (V1)Order filters are now available with this release! Additional filters and enhancements are already in progress and will continue rolling out in upcoming updates. The following filters are fully functional:

This is V1 of the Order Management experience, with future iterations planned. It’s ready for you to begin exploring, creating views, and sharing feedback on how it supports your daily workflow.

What's New in Beta
Order Drawer (Now Ready to Explore)
The Order Drawer is now open to beta users to explore the experience and share feedback as it continues to take shape.
Here’s what’s new in beta on the Order Drawer:

Add and remove products directly from an order

Add and remove workflow tasks

View packages on the order with improved visualization
-
Updated time-on-site selector based on feedback
This is still a work in progress. Some actions and edge cases are actively being built, and you may notice areas where we’re refining behavior, layout, or flow.
That said, the drawer is now far enough along that real interaction and feedback are incredibly helpful.
The Client Search Page
We also made improvements to the Client Search page to reduce the time required to set up client accounts
Here’s what’s available in beta on the Client Search Page:

Create new client, group admin, or assistant accounts directly from the search page

Custom Marketing Kit Graphics
With the HDPhotoHub Visual Media Editor, you can create customized flyers, social media tiles, and reel graphics for your Marketing Kit. You can tailor your materials to specific clients or offices, providing brand-specific content for your customers. This is a great way to create unique and professional marketing materials that show off your excellent media services.
